Our story begins upon the rich soils of Sri Lanka, an island famed for its beaches lined with lean, luscious coconut trees. It is our Sri Lankan heritage that makes us a unique and authentic manufacturer of coconut-based products.

Over three decades ago, we established a partnership with trusted local coconut farmers, who continue to be the cornerstone of Wichy Plantation Company. These dedicated communities have harvested coconuts for generations, possessing invaluable knowledge of the fruit’s diverse flavors, health benefits, and the myriad uses of the coconut tree—from the tip of its leaf blade to its roots. Their expertise not only preserves tradition but also enriches our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Eco Trends is dedicated to providing sustainable solutions, proudly operating as a sister company of Wichy Plantation, a pioneer in the manufacturing and export of organic coconut kernel products. Eco Trends is a backward integration measure to fully utilize the organic coconut husk.

As a company, we are unique in our comprehensive use of the entire coconut in our production process. We process around 100,000 coconuts per day, manufacturing various coconut ingredients from the coconut kernel. Beyond this, we utilize the coconut husk to create a range of value-added coir product with the organic coconut husk part at Eco Trends.
